Unowood is a WPC manufacturer with more than 10 years of experience in producing high quality materials based on wood-polymer composites.
Our products are made using the latest technologies, German know-how and modern equipment to provide durable, reliable and environmentally friendly solutions to our customers with a 25 year warranty.
How we do it
Made of approximately 70% wood, WPCs are a form of composite that combines wood-based elements with polymers through the extrusion process. This new compound makes maintenance easy and can boast the natural appearance of wood while polymer adds extra durability, heat and cold resistance.
We provide the highest quality materials and once we produce a board, it’s tested extensively. We boil the boards to test their durability, as well as test them in freezing water for 28 days to ensure your floors are protected from any water damage. We also seal in UV protection to stop sunlight from causing any damage to the material. We add a mark on every board detailing when it was produced for quality control.

Ready-made WPC products
We provide ready-made WPC decking, fencing and profiles in various dimensions and colors. All our products come with a 25 year warranty. We also provide all the necessary components, including terrace decking boards, support beams, decorative covers, fasteners and screws.
WPC granulate
Our WPC composite material comes in the form of granular pellets, which can be processed by both injection molding and extrusion. The wood-polymer ratio can be changed according to the application and needs of our customers.

Custom WPC extrusion
Using our WPC extrusion technology, we are able to create custom orders for our clients with a wide range of options in application, color and wood-polymer ratio for the best manufactured decking, fencing, hdpe lumber and flooring solutions.

WPC grinding service
